We’re excited to announce that we will once again be hosting two holiday markets at the Bellingham Cruise Terminal in Fairhaven again in 2025! This venue is lovely, and will be decorated for the holidays. 

We love this venue because there is ample parking for vendors and shoppers alike. One of the great things about renting the Ferry Cruise Terminal is that vendors are able to leave their booths set up overnight on the Saturday night of each market which means less loading in and out! Because of the high numbers of vendors who are interested, we will select 50 vendors for one weekend and 50 different vendors for the other weekend. In the application, you can tell us if you would like to be considered just for one of the weekends or for both weekends, and if you have a preference. 

This application process is competitive. Our list of interested vendors continues to grow, with over 1100 on our email list and 4600 followers on Instagram. We value accepting some vendors that are new to us at each market, as well as including vendors who have participated in our past markets. We aim to offer a rich and diverse experience for shoppers at our events, ensuring there is something unique and enjoyable for everyone! 

*Vendors are not grandfathered in because they were accepted to a previous BMM market.*

Important Dates and Times:

• Applications due: 8/31/2025
• Notification of application status – either accepted, waitlist, or declined: 9/15/2025
• Vending fees due: 9/22/2025
• Vending fees become non-refundable: two weeks before each market (11/15/2025 and 12/6/2025)
• Market hours:
  • Saturday – noon to 6pm
  • Sunday – 10am to 5pm
• Load-in times: 9:00-10:30am. No one is permitted to begin loading in earlier than 9am.
• Load-out: Vendors are not permitted to start breaking down before the market closes. Any vendors breaking down early will not be accepted in future markets we host.

Other Important Details:

• Booth spaces are 8x8 feet. We want to include as many vendors as possible, so double spaces are not available.
• Application fee: $10
• Vending fee: $250 per weekend for an 8x8 foot space
• Your business must be registered in WA and you must have a UBI number and be able to collect your own sales tax.

This market is open to handmade makers, artists and artisans. Obviously in the process of hand making our items, all of us use some bought supplies and components. But we want to showcase vendors who are pouring their creative energies into what they sell.
